15 Minute Session, for up to 5 people

By purchasing this item, you are paying the session RETAINER FEE on this particular time and location. Session retainers are non-refundable***. The balance due will be charged in a separate invoice.

In the event that you cannot attend your scheduled session, you will not be able to reschedule and/or assign your retainer to a new date. In the event that you cannot attend your session, you can arrange to find a new client to take your place, but this is not the responsibility of Whitney Cooley Photography. If you need to completely cancel the session, please give 24 hours notice. Retainer fees are not refunded or applied to future sessions.

Detail editing (head-swap, object removal, etc) is available but optional and is $50 per image

**Turn around time for images is 3-4 weeks

***By selecting this item, you are paying a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER FEE ($200.00) on your session, which will confirm you for the date and time you have selected. Balance will be due on the date of the session.

In case of a natural disaster, such as wildfire causing the air to be poor/toxic, all outdoor sessions will be rescheduled or refunded.
